Regarding the possibility of our assessment including Operational Technology (OT) devices, are there any known issues for network assessment tools, such as nmap, arpscan, and ping, impacting the stability of these types of systems? We understand that OT systems are critical to the operation of companies like RAKMS and our approach to these systems is to minimize any disruptions by utilizing fail-safe testing while also being transparent in our communications. Additionally, if possible, we would like the opportunity to engage with OT system operators to have a common understanding of this assessment and our approach to ensure availability is maintained.
We are not aware of any known issues for network assessment tools at this time, but we consider the people mover to be a high risk environment. Obviously, we encourage you to exercise caution when interacting with any systems that you believe might be fragile or potential sensitive.
